AI Strategy Assessment
A ranked plan for where AI pays off in your business.
Research. Interviews with you and your team. A written roadmap and a Loom walkthrough — yours to keep, forwardable to your partner, your CFO, your board. Whether or not you decide to build it with us afterward.
What's included
Inside the AI Strategy Assessment
01
Research
We pull together everything that's publicly available about your business and your industry before we ever talk. So when we do, the questions are specific to you.
02
Interviews
Conversations with you, your leadership, and your team. We listen for where time is going, where decisions are getting stuck, and where the system you've built has stopped scaling.
03
Opportunity audit
A ranked list of what would move the needle most in your specific operation — and what wouldn't. We tell you both.
04
Written roadmap
A complete plan: what to build first, what each piece is worth, whether it's an automation, an always-on AI agent, or a broader engagement, and a realistic sequence and timeline.
05
Loom walkthrough
A personal video walking through the blueprint, so you can forward it to your team and decision-makers without losing context.
When the AI Strategy Assessment is right
When the AI Strategy Assessment is right for your business
You've had a strategy call and we both agreed it makes sense to go deeper
You want a written, defensible plan before you spend on implementation
You want to share the plan with stakeholders — a partner, a board, a leadership team
You want a real, paid deliverable — not a free “audit” that exists to upsell you
Quick answers
Questions we get a lot
What if you recommend we don't build anything with you?
Then you'll have a written roadmap you can hand to another firm, your in-house team, or your future self. We're not the only people who can implement AI — but we are honest about whether we should be.
How long does it take?
Most assessments run 2–4 weeks depending on the size of your operation. Faster for smaller operations, longer for companies with multiple departments to interview.
Can we skip the assessment and just start building?
For a tightly scoped Automation Sprint, sometimes — if you already know exactly what you need. But anything larger starts with understanding how your business runs, so we always scope first. For smaller operations we can move faster and finish the assessment in two to four weeks.
Start with a strategy call.
The assessment always begins with a free 20-minute strategy call — so we can confirm together that it's the right next step before you commit.
